Creating custom plans from beginners to advanced runners for finishing as your goal to setting personal records (PR’s). Distances included are 5k, 10k, 15k, 13.1m, 25k, 26.2m, 50k, 50 mile, 100k, 100 mile and multi-day runs. We can adapt plans for any type of terrain from flat road/track to trails to mountain ultras.

Many coaching companies offer “tiers” of coaching, but this can lend to a disconnect to the lower tiered clients, thus the coach/client relationship is not grown. At BLC, we only want the very best for each client and thus that connection needs to be established every week and when things come up. That’s why we offer only one coaching package, the Freedom Plan. For more established runners, we can offer a schedule only, but this is for a select few applicants and each coach decides if this will work with the client.


Freedom Plan

In today’s busy world, things come up, plans change and races don’t go according to plan…all of which change the plan! The Freedom Plan will allow changes to the current schedule block as well the propagation of those changes forward to the overall schedule, thus giving you the freedom you need to live your life while still reaching for those goals. A good coach/client relationship is grown equally on both sides. You will be required to log and send weekly reports of pertinent info that will help your coach see exactly where you are and make sure the training plan is landing home with you. All interested clients must fill out the questionnaire at the bottom of the page before the initial consult is scheduled.

Schedule Only

This plan is specifically built for an athlete who has been in the sport for many years and who can listen to their body well. Sometimes, the body needs a little break and if you don’t have the experience to listen to it, the result can become an injury. Only experience allows us to tune in to the body. This plan is designed for that athlete who needs some guidance in their training or has a specific goal that he/she wants to target but does not include the week to week guidance that the Freedom Plan allows. All interested clients must fill out the questionnaire at the bottom of the page in order to determine if you meet the guidelines for schedule only coaching.
