Our coaches are selected because they have a passion for sharing and growing their athletes. They are experienced and truly care for your goals as if they were their own. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get the perfectly suited training plan, meeting you where you are so you can get to where you want to go! Justin Walker

Justin is a competitive runner from 5k (17:59) to 100 mile (20:41) to multi day runs (511 miles in 8 days & 11 hours). He has completed 50+ ultras and has won a race in nearly every race distance. He comes from a non-athletic background and has thrived because of work ethic and positive attitude and is a great example of how a person can achieve greatness through an internal belief in one’s self.

Chris Rice

Chris is a former triathlete and duathlete with several overall wins with majority of racing done in duathlons (5k, 30k, 5k) and the half Ironman distance. PR’s in the duathlon of 1:20 and 70.3 distance of 4:34. Running PR’s in the 5k of 16:30, half marathon 1:16:46, full marathon 2:50:30. Continual drive to better himself along with consistent discipline has allowed him to continually improve. It’s the little changes and efforts day in and day out that lead to the big achievements and goals! He enjoys personalizing and tailoring each client’s training to fit their lifestyle and time constraints!
